Wrong items received and feel like i was talking to a robot/AI when organizing a refund. I ordered candida cleanse - for better gut health and received what looked like a budget version of what was advertised with different ingredients. I email and was replying back and forth with someone and some times their replies would be copy and pasted from their last email or make no sense in reply to my email. Im still trying to sort out a refund to which I have to pay to ship the wrong item back to them but as their email replies arnt answering the questions im asking im getting the impression they are just templates or AI generated.
