My bike, a model purchased in 2020, has proven to be very reliable. I've logged 8,400 miles on one battery and bought a second as a backup. My father also has this model after seeing mine, and while mine has had no issues, his bike had a display problem that required a replacement. It took several weeks to arrive, but we were relieved that the company had spare parts. It's important to note that only their parts are compatible—third-party displays won't work! They no longer sell the battery for my model, so once both wear out, I'll be out of options. Nonetheless, I hope to enjoy many more years of riding. It's a comfortable bike, and riding it brings me joy.
