I have two bikes from the company, an Aveny Skyline cruiser and a Packa Genie cargo bike. I was impressed with their combination of style and performance from the start. Additionally, they have a responsive support team to assist when issues arise. The Aveny has performed well aside from a few broken spokes, which were easily fixed at a local shop. The Packa had a broken kickstand, but the company sent a replacement at no cost, even though I may have overloaded it. Recently, I've encountered some issues with the rear wheel after over three years of daily use for school drop-offs and pick-ups. The support team was helpful in figuring out whether it was a repair or replacement needed and in ordering the necessary parts to get my bike back in action. I did have to spend some money out of my pocket, but I’m confident this bike will keep running for years.
