I started collaborating with a representative from the company last year to obtain a business loan. Initially, I was approved for a smaller loan, and I appreciated the persistent communication during that phase. The loan requires weekly payments, which isn't ideal, but my business managed to keep up with it. The representative mentioned that after securing this loan, we would pursue an SBA loan to pay off the smaller one and transition to a more manageable monthly payment for business expansion.
However, after securing the smaller loan, communication ceased entirely. The representative went silent. I left a review, and only then did I receive an apology and decided to continue working towards the SBA loan.
After a month, I reached the underwriting stage with the lender, but I needed financial projections at that point. Unfortunately, both the representative and another team member stopped responding again. Without the necessary support to finalize those projections on time, my SBA application was denied.
As a small business owner looking to grow, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I depended on the company for guidance, and the lack of communication led to a significant setback. I acknowledge my mistake in trusting the company again, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
I'm aware I might receive a call regarding this review, but I won't be removing it. Due to ongoing communication issues, I will not be proceeding with the representative or the company.
My recommendation for anyone considering this company: ensure your financials and projections are ready before starting the SBA loan process. They may connect you with lenders, but I wouldn't count on them for hands-on financial support or follow-through.
