I keep getting charged a monthly fee despite reaching out multiple times to request cancellation. Each month, I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company, only to find they charge me again the next month. They shouldn't have billed me in the first place, as the extras were included in the original deal I purchased. I suspect either incompetence or deliberate attempts to extract more money in violation of the terms. It's frustrating, and while the service might work, I can no longer use it due to their unethical practices.
