I would give 0 stars if a could. I ordered a couple different pairs of boots and returned the ones that did not work out via mail. I followed up about a month after my return tracking number indicated they had been returned to the warehouse. I got the runaround for weeks trying to get my refund. I highly recommend keeping all return tracking details and following up on returns to male sure you get your refund.I went to lodge a complaint with the BBB but Blondo is not listed and so you have to enter a company address. I asked customer service for this so I could make this report, and they refused to provide it.Additionally, the leather on the boots I did keep is already peeling after 2 weeks of use and I did put protector on them. Awful all around. Seems like there are some shady business practices...how can a business not have or provide a listed address.I do know they have been bought by Steve Madden, so maybe this is where the issues are stemming from.
