Customer service is a joke Totally useless customer service, not helpful at all and would rather talk to a brick wall then have to deal with them again. I will never order boots directly from them again out of fear of having to deal with them. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. Not willing to make admit they made a mistake let alone accommodate you after asking you to fix their mistakes....it's some bull.
