I placed an order on December 7 and have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience since then. Despite receiving no updates on my order for weeks, I tried multiple times to contact Blondo’s customer service—via email and even through Instagram—hoping for some clarity. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until two full weeks later that I finally received a generic email that provided no meaningful information about my order status.As of today, I still have no idea what has happened to my order, even though my payment has already been processed.Delays happen, and I can understand that, especially during busy seasons. However, the lack of communication and accountability from Blondo’s customer service is far worse than the delay itself. A company’s ability to respond promptly and provide clear updates is crucial, and Blondo has completely failed in this regard.I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to be aware of the poor customer service experience. Paying for a product without any assurance or transparency is simply unacceptable. This has been a deeply frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Blondo unless they seriously improve their customer service practices.
