After I purchased the program, the customer service imo has not been good and they have not been very responsive. I was told to skip the intro program and then purchased the program for almost $400 and then realized it is not suitable for vegetarians. I logged in 1 time and immediately logged out and have been contacting and requesting a refund since the very day I purchased which was on 10-6-25. I sent several messages since and finally on 1-9-26 Jake from the company finally replied to me after months and said he may be able to refund me and now it is 2-2-26 and I have sent several messages again and I still have not heard back. It may say now but the website never specified they recommend supplements with animal products which is against my personal health philosophy and beliefs. I thought it was just minerals and plant based and not from animals unfortunately. I thought they were nice before I purchased.
