Zero star to begin with, i was dismayed when i got my order which was packaged poorly and started to doubt when i checked it was from China. About 2 months that i took the soft gels and started to develop itchy to many parts of my body. I stoped taking it and slowly the itchiness is getting less. This product is rubbish. Avoid this company at all cost
