A flower delivery service should make buying flowers easier and you would like to think with a big company the quality would be good. In my experience wrong on both accounts when using Bloom and Wild. Bouquet average and probably quality available for half the price if you ordered from a florist. Service on the app is awful and chatbot/AI is a waste of time. Not good.
