They get you for a reasonable monthly fee and then zap your card on renewal, WITHOUT a reminder, for a one time hundreds of dollars, changing your subscription from a monthly to an annual and then customer service flips you an email saying told you so. Basically they nail you for over $700 over 2 years, while losing their clients for life. Nice business model Mike. Point out all the sleaze, grift and corruption in the Trump administration, and then run your company this way? Try sending some investigative reporters to your billing and customer service departments for a week!
