My first order of the Baccarat Rouge whipped soap was decent; it had some scent but not as strong as I hoped. The second order had a different color and no scent at all. I also ordered an air freshener that, while pretty, had no scent. I expressed my disappointment on their social media, but my comment was deleted. I’ve noticed that any feedback less than glowing seems to be removed. This company needs to pay attention to customer feedback instead of ignoring it.
