Bought a soap sponge and spent a good amount of money as bought other items too. I’ve used other companies for the soap sponges and they were to a high standard. This one split after only being used 3 times and the soap does not last. Contacted customer services for a refund or a replacement and was offered store credit. Asked if I could just have a new one as I don’t want to spend over £30 again for delivery or pay for delivery to have it sent out and was refused. Won’t be ordering from these again and will be taking it further.
