Very poor customer service and from a person called Joy. I haven’t received a package for my daughter. No investigating the matter at all. Very abrupt when replying back and no empathy at all. The products I purchased were for my daughter who I am currently not seeing. It was court ordered that I send her a gift via the post. I choose Bloom Costmetics (what a mistake that was). Their courier didn’t deliver the package with care and left it outside her front door off a main busy road. Now my daughter has no gift and it will further put back building up relationships with her. Well done Bloom Cosmetics for this. Your customer sevice should be reported to trading standards and I will be getting a refund via Klarna.
