I like many read the reviews a day after I ordered and panicked, so I emailed the company within 24hrs I got a very welcoming , polite reply I was kept updated by royal mail regarding delivery and just 6 days later my order was delivered no missing items No half empty pots I order 8 bath whips and 6 wax melt bars and every single one smelled lush the packaging was well done.
