Completely unacceptable! I ordered 5 items but only got 4. I've been trying to reach out to the company for almost 2 weeks without any success! I've sent emails, messages on social media, and even tagged them in posts, yet there's no contact number available! I'm extremely disappointed as this was meant to be a holiday gift. I will not be ordering from this service again.
