did an autism test and paid $2.99 usd for it, then when moving through the website to the next page it automatically charged me $5.99 usd. then i was charged $39.99 usd a week later as they set up an automatic payment/ subscription without my consent or knowledge. there is nothing on the website that mentions any kind of subscription and in emailing customer service they admitted they did it without my consent or knowledge.they are preying on neurodivergent people and scamming them. I managed to get a refund through PayPal for the $39.99 usd but am working on getting the $5.99 usd back. they escalated it through PayPal saying they won't give me the money back but I provided evidence from what the customer service agent said admitting to the fact I did not sign up for this. if you get scammed from this company push it through PayPal as I've gotten most of the money back already and will hopefully get it all back.
