I ordered a dress from this website on 29th October and it is now 12th November and it still hasn't arrived. I am getting heartily fed up with these companies who represent themselves as a UK company only to find out that they're based in China. Their website shows a UK address but when the shipping details are revealed you realise that its not a UK based company. No matter how pleased I am with the garment when I finally receive it, I will NOT be purchasing from this company again because a) it has misrepresented itself and b) there are many difficulties sending items back to China (from personal experience with other companies, not this one, where they'll give you discount off your next order!).UPDATE: Here we are on 18th November and still no garment. The response below is automated and doesn't address the issue. The tracking information hasn't moved for over a week so I'm now beginning to think that this is a complete scam. BEWARE!21/11/25I was sent an email to say my dress was out of stock and I could choose a replacement. I asked for a refund and received an email today to say that a full refund will be in my account within the next 1-14 days. Watch this space for an update!25/11/25I'm very please to update this review advising that I've received a FULL REFUND today into my bank account. I was very sceptical that I would receive any money back and thought they were stalling. I am very happy to eat humble pie on this occasion.
