Complete scam, do not use this company . When items are not correct there is no way you get a refund , just AI responses & offers of 20 % off & keep the item . Return costs are extortionate if you’re able to get that far !! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BLOOM ! … you reply sounding as if you’re very helpful but in reality it takes about 6 emails to get a returns address, why h you are of to believe is in London but is in fact China which costs nearly as much as the item you’ve purchased ! Still a scam !!
