Honestly, this company doesn't deserve even one star. I deeply regret not checking their reviews before making a purchase. I waited 13 days for a sweater, and when it finally arrived, I was appalled to see it bore no resemblance to the picture I ordered from. The material was of terrible quality, the color was wrong, it was frayed at the hem, and it was two sizes smaller than expected. I can't adequately express how disappointing it was. Their return policy is absurd, as shipping back to China would cost a fortune, and they only offer a 15% refund, which is laughable since the sweater isn't even worth that. They really should be reported for misrepresenting their items online. Right now, I'm frustrated, but I urge others to be cautious and not fall into the same trap I did.
