I received a beautiful hatbox of flowers from my son last Saturday 14th March. It was order number BMIE-247679 Batch: 16. AMD151403. It looked beautiful when it arrived but yesterday one part of the arrangement was completely withered. I am very disappointed as I got an arrangement from him last year as well and they lasted for 4 weeks. I cannot find any phone number to contact you in relation to this.
