Very disappointing. Ordered flowers for next day delivery being the 27th. Got email to say would be delivered on 28th. Was ok with this. Flowers not delivered on 28th. Called Dublin office in afternoon to see about delivery. Told they would check and get back to me. I called again just before 5 pm as no response to be told flowers seem to be lost on couriers side. Delivery would be Monday after weekend. Cancelled order as way too late for occasion flowers required for.
