I placed an order for same day delivery (with a substantial delivery charge) an hour before the cut off time. I received an email half an hour later informing me I had missed the cut off. I pointed out this was not the case and they then acknowledged that but told me unfortunately their delivery driver had already left so they would be unable to fulfil. They offered to deliver the following day, with no mention of refunding the hefty delivery charge I had paid. Needless to say I cancelled the order and purchased my flowers elsewhere. Disappointing.
