Ruined my Valentine's Day flower delivery. I ordered roses for my GF a week before Valentines Day. I got the order confirmation # and everything.Come Valentines Day (today) and my GF sends me pics of the beautiful flowers. But they were not pics of what I ordered. So I looked into it, to see if maybe they screwed up and sent the wrong bouquet. I log into Bloomnation, got to view orders, and see that my order was cancelled last week!!! Those beautiful flowers were sent to her by a friend, not me.I searched and searched my gmail. I found the order confirmation, but there was NO order cancellation message from either Bloomnation nor the local florist. NOTHING. Not a single email since the order confirmation. It's too late NOW to order from anywhere. Had Bloomnation informed me of the cancellation I could have made other arrangements with another florist or service. But they never let me know. And honestly, since the flowers are taken care of by the local florist and bloomnation is the middle man. Bloomnation had ONE JOB, and they failed. So now, while she gets bouquets from her friends, I look like the chump BF who got her no flowers on Valentines Day. I really would have been better off just not ordering a damned thing. At least I wouldn't have told her to stay close to home because she's getting a delivery from me, only to look bad in the end.I will NEVER use Bloomnation again.
