Wrong flowers were sent, wrapped in awful newspaper, they did not pay the delivery guy so he was demanding to be paid despite me paying for delivery. I upgraded to the premium flowers and received less than the amount I should of received. Flowers were incorrect , they then said they would give me a new bouquet, which I thought was good until they then sent someone to collect the first bouquet without telling me. There "gesture of goodwill" was to add a single stem, no money back nothing of real value just over priced sub standard flowers with rubbish presentation and me waiting around all day for the deliveries. Just avoid this company and use FNP
