I had paid for the bouquet to be delivered on February 14th (Valentine’s Day), but it has still not been delivered. The company accepted my order and payment, yet failed to complete the delivery as promised.
This experience has been very disappointing. It is extremely difficult to reach them by phone, and although I submitted a complaint via email, I only received an acknowledgment stating that they would respond within two working days. However, I have not received any further response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered a bouquet over a month ago, paid 100% in advance, and still no delivery.
No proper response, no refund — only the same excuse: “need some more time.”
This is completely unprofessional and feels like fraud. Once they take the money, they stop responding.
Save your money. Do not trust this platform and website. Worst experience ever.
If negative stars were an option, I would choose them. The service was incredibly poor, as they did not deliver the item and lack any customer care resources. The email support is automated and unable to address real human concerns. There is also no phone support available.
Untrustworthy service. I placed an order for a rose bouquet and cake for my nephew's birthday, but it never arrived. Now, when I request a refund, I only receive automated email responses claiming it will be delivered soon. I need a refund, but there's no customer support number to contact. Exercise caution when ordering from this service and platform.
Fraud online site. At the time of ordering they says available for delivery and thereafter asking more money for delivery and they dont deliver. There is no phone number to reach and two days later my email blocked by them. I lost about Rs. 5000/- Be careful.
They are such a fraud online site. While ordering it says pin code is available for delivery but afterwards they don’t deliver. There is no phone number to reach and two days later I get an email saying that the delivery address is not in their area of service. I can’t believe one of the 4 big metropolitan city in India is not in the area for service. If that is truly the case then they should mention at the time of ordering and not after payment has been accepted.
I had ordered a bouquet for someone very closed on 15th November to be delivered on 16 November. Initially they emailed that my choice of flowers is not there and asked whether they can substitute.I said yes.Unfortunately the bouquet was not delivered.I have sent multiple emails and now they dont respond. The worst experience for me as I am outside the country and trusted them.
Very poor service of bloomsvilla. They accepted my order without informing that my area is not in their delivery zone. They have mention that same day delivery in all over india. Ishared full address and pincode, but they didn’t inform me that delivery was not available in my area.After waiting the whole day, they cancelled in the evening and now want to deduct ₹200/10% for refund. Totally unfair. Not recommended.
