I just wanted to share a really positive experience I had with Bloor Homes.
A couple of weeks ago, someone from The Asps Bloor Homes team knocked on my door and explained that he had been working on the construction site nearby. He mentioned that about two weeks ago he noticed one of the slates on our roof was broken — something we hadn’t even realised ourselves.
He told me he had already ordered the replacement and that he would come back the following week to fix it, without us even needing to be at home. He simply wanted to inform us.
I was genuinely impressed by this level of care and attention. No one had reported it, and we hadn’t noticed — yet he still took responsibility and initiative to fix it.
