Terrible experience with returns

I would rate this even lower if I could. They claim to offer 30-day returns but instead prolong the process by proposing a 5% refund while allowing you to keep the item, which is not as described. It's not worth $2, much less the $80 they charge. They take a week to communicate back and forth, misrepresent shipping costs to dodge giving a refund for this scam product. Save your money; they will go to great lengths to avoid refunding you for a cheap, poorly made item. I will be reporting them as fraudulent to my bank to recover my funds.
