I attended the breastfeeding class which was a great insight into feeding. It included the anatomy of the breast and the milk, stimulation of milk, positions to feed, frequency of feeding, nappy output, complications of breastfeeding (symptoms) and signposting to other healthcare resources. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to breastfeed for fundamental understanding. Joy spoke clearly and used visual aids. She took time to answer questions and the class finished within the allocated time frame.
