The facilitator (Harriet) was honestly so compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental and gave really excellent advice. The group was a mix of expecting women, newly postpartum and women further along in their journey and it was really nice to learn from their experiences and to hear Harriet's perspectives and experiences on their own individual journey. The slides were also very informative as well as the videos. She also managed time extremely well and the information she shared were even very valuable to my husband who joined the call with me. We are really grateful for this company and those sessions and we can't wait to join the next ones!
