The antenatal breastfeeding session was really informative, beautifully presented and sensitive to all of our individual circumstances. I did it as a refresher after breastfeeding my older child and it was really helpful to go through how newborns feed, what to look for to know it's going well and how to get help if there are any problems. The session has left me feeling confident and empowered to start another breastfeeding journey.
