I did two of blossoms FREE classes, the first was a breast feeding webinar with Alicia. This was fantastic and really informative. Only an hour long which is great and gave so much useful information and opportunity for questions at the end. I had already done my own reading on breast feeding but was so useful hearing it from someone else too.A week later (this evening) I joined the free relaxation / breathing exercise webinar. The course lead was so calming in her nature and lovely and softly spoken, she was so relaxing in her manner and the techniques she used. I am 39 weeks today (as I only discovered Blossom a couple of weeks ago!) but it would definately be a class I would have regularly partaken in, it gives you that time for you, as well as you and your baby. Thank you for making these classes free, so invaluable!
