I’m leaving this review because it doesn’t matter how many times I’ve let the team know there is an issue with the app and updating the bank details this can never be done without me having to ask them to do it for me. Please sort this issue out, it is a concern that a simple request can’t be fixed, especially if I needed to withdraw some funds urgently, I can’t do this. Please get someone to review this, I’ve downloaded the app on more than one device and still the option to update bank account details is greyed and frozen.
