In November 2025 I ordered clothing items worth 300 euros as a gift from them, it only arrived at the end of January 2026, I complained 16 times on all the indicated platforms and in their internal correspondence, I have not received any response to this day. Customer service is non-existent, the product is not what it is in the photos, they have a hard time returning your money, this company is just a weak business relying on fashion
