After having a very tasty and smooth bag of STOREBOUGHT coffee (Their "Bold" Version, purchased at Meijer), I decided to take a shot at their "premium" online-only coffee. I ordered three dark roasts and each bag just smelled bad; the beans were very oily as well. I tried EACH bag anyway, but the first brew from each one tasted as bad as they smelled. I contacted customer service, offering to send the beans back so they could inspect them and refund or replace them, they declined ALL OPTIONS, instead just telling me to be better at brewing. Same method, 4 bags; one was fantastic (storebought), 3 were garbage (paid a premium online).
