I've been a Blue Bottle Coffee customer for over 15 years and I will never give them another dime after my two experiences with their online subscription. During the fist month, I was double shipped and double billed. I emailed customer service and was told I placed two orders and a refund couldn't be issued. This was false. In the second month my shipment was shipped twelve days after the date I selected (this defeats the purpose of a monthly coffee subscription). Again, I emailed customer service and was told the order was late due to "unprecedented holiday order volume". Again, the same comment - this defeats the actual purpose of a subscription. The customer service agent offered no solution and said the order would ship as soon as possible. He even refused to cancel the order. Blue Bottle - you should stick to slinging coffee at brick and mortar stores. You're not cut out for Ecommerce.
