I had to escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and am currently seeking legal advice regarding my situation. During delivery on December 4th, the service demanded an additional $1,500 before releasing my pets, despite having already paid the full agreed amount of $2,650 beforehand. They insisted on this payment only after taking possession of my pets, and I felt forced to comply to get them back. I was assured a refund for the $1,500 shortly after, but as of December 20th, I have yet to receive anything, and communication from the company has ceased. I was disregarded by multiple representatives, and one of my pets arrived with a bladder infection, likely from having to hold it during the lengthy transport. Although the vet visit was relatively affordable (around $160), my pet is still on antibiotics as I write this review. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE. Their pricing tactics, lack of responsibility, and neglect for animal welfare raise significant red flags. PET OWNERS, BE CAUTIOUS.
