I had a good wellness check with the specialist. She was very informative. However, I was disappointed not to be informed beforehand that testosterone checks need to be done before 11 am, and additional blood tests were costly. I also wasn't told that parking was free before I paid. I'm currently having trouble accessing the portal and haven't received a response from the support team.
