Edited: Just saw that I had a prior 5-star review from my first dealings with them. Welp, so much for that. Also they offered me an additional month of service to compensate me for the hassle. I accepted, but when I discovered this morning that the server was still wrong I decided to just shut it down.Started an Ark server with their Silver support tier at 130PM central time on a saturday. Put in a request for mod installation and some server tweaks. I was ignored, didn't have my ticket addressed until I requested a refund well over an hour later.They finally got moving at that point, but did not successfully install the mods I requested because they claim that primitive plus is not compatible with mods. They also stated that some of the tweaks I requested were not part of their Silver support tier.At this point I requested the refund again, as it had been well over 4 hours since I initially purchased the service. I was at that time informed that because I was an existing customer they would not honor their 72-hour guarantee.After some back-and-forth I gave up. The server still was not configured correctly, the customer service was poor all the way through, and I recommend looking elsewhere
