I took an assessment in Cambridge with an assessor by the name of John Younger, John had no internet to check the vehicle had valid MOT. John was extremely harsh to say the least, I’m switching licenses and already do chauffeuring and taxi work. John wasn’t very friendly at all and marked me down for very harsh minor faults. He was patronising at the end of the test, wouldn’t let me speak or ask questions, no positive feedback. Maybe I caught John on a bad day? I got that impression, I drove round familiar roads to me safely without any major incident so to accrue 16 faults was mega harsh.May sound bitter just because John failed me but it was more the experience with this rude man, I would NEVER entertain blue lamp again. I have since passed with a company called Diamond advanced motorists with no issues, ironic.
