I used to subscribe to Blueland long ago but I ended it due to the sub schedule and pricing. I was getting more of some things than I needed and less of others on the schedule and the price felt a little high. I went back to get some additional products to make use of the bottles. I do like handsoap and dishsoap. I put in an order and re-subbed to some products. I recieved a box missing two products. I emailed and got an auto response, I sent a follow-up email explaining what happened. Apparently there is a 4 bus day turn-around on customer service. Its been a week and I have no resolution. This should be a 15 minute call. Meanwhile, I have not touched what I did receive as I have not idea what they will want me to do. If you are a business trying to operate at this level you need better customer service. I have canceled those subs I added, there are other options out there.
