I bought an item from them more few weeks ago and never heard of it. I received an email notifying me that it has been shipped, but on the UPS website they haven't received any package, and it has been a week now. I understand that the current Covid situation is impacting the logistic, but I shopped on other beauty platform af the same time I placed my order with Bluemercury, and the difference is that they kept updating on my order and I ended up getting my order even though it was with delays. I tried to contact Bluemercury through email, got no answer and the worst is that they closed my case. Tried to call too, after a long wait, the call would end by itself. And guess what? I got charged for my item!
