I've had ab account for several years. Obviously I can't speak for other user's experiences but I've had great performance from the website; have never tried the phone app.Lot's of ecards. I've sent all sorts cards for birthdays, graduations, thank you - even condolences. Annual fee is reasonable for unlimited use and the cards always arrive on time.Some of their personalized animated "Mash Ups" use name brand celebrities and are very clever. The Idina Menzel (of "Wicked" and "Frozen" fame) personalized birthday card based on "Fame" is amazing.Unless something changes for the worse I plan to keep using them
