Use of File Share didn't allow printing and I prefer an option to have a hard copy to mark up before making changes. File Share also displayed a small window in which to work on the document. The final resume was quality work and reflected the 1 hr phone call and support materials submitted. It wasn't better than the other company, who asked more questions and provided more time and deliverables to include cover letter and LinkedIn work.
