I used this peptide serum for a month and reordered it, but my second order was placed over a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. Support claims to have reshipped it three times, yet nothing has ever been delivered. Since this product requires consistent use, the month-long gap has essentially wasted my first month, and it is not inexpensive.At this point, I’ve contacted support several times because my order just never shows up. The first time it shipped, Molly told me I needed to wait 15 days, and then I should check back. That’s been the pattern every single time shes responded: “watch the tracking number,” “check back in a few days.” It’s never proactive. It always falls on me to monitor everything and reach out when nothing happens. There has been zero follow-up from their side.And one more thing worth noting: although the company emailed me to acknowledge my review, they never actually published it on their website.
