It’s ridiculous that customer support doesn’t answer back. Received a second shipment of vitamins and drink to find out the essential softgels broke in the bottle. Just a red mess and I sent pictures. Anyway, sent a note to customer service last Monday and again on Wednesday and now sending a third inquiry. Customers chasing is a really bad model for support and there is no phone number.. I really like the product but for the price, it’s unreasonable for customer service not to resolve damage goods.
