Like others have said, I no longer play slots from this service. I invested a lot of money, and they just keep taking. They manipulate the RTP online, pitting one machine against another through their server, aware that players are addicted and will continue to feed money into them. I put £640 into one machine in less than an hour and received nothing in return, with zero entertainment value. I played it down to £20 and hit the collect button, but it took six weeks to process my payout. When I contacted the operating company, they claimed they lost money on that machine that week. I lost £480 on one a couple of weeks prior and returned two weeks later to lose another £300 on the same game. I complained to staff, but they shut me down, saying I needed to speak to the operator. When I did, they told me they don’t deal with customers and that I needed to talk to the pub manager. I tried that already. I contacted this service, but they completely ignored me. It’s a total scam. They will notice a serious decline in their earnings moving forward, as even seasoned gamblers like me, who don’t mind losing, have stopped playing altogether. If there were some entertainment value, it wouldn’t be so bad, but this isn’t entertainment; it feels like legalized theft.
