After six years living on this estate, I can confidently say the service has gone from bad to worse. The management fee has nearly doubled — now over £200 more than when we started — yet absolutely nothing has improved. In fact, very little is being done at all.There’s no regular maintenance, no upgrades, and no sign of where this extra money is going. The estate is poorly maintained, and basic standards are being ignored. It feels like we’re paying more for less every year.Blue Property Management needs to explain exactly what residents are being charged for, because right now it looks like we’re being taken advantage of. This level of service is unacceptable, especially with fees climbing at this rate. We’re tired of empty promises and no results.Avoid if you want transparency, value, or even the basics of estate upkeep.
