It's difficult to know where to begin. My husband bought me a handbag for my birthday. The quality is disgusting - basically the bag is unusable. I feel it was misrepresented in the online photo of the product. It poses as leather but it was only later that I found out it's synthetic leather. All attempts to contact the business were futile. Nobody wants to deal with customers. It's a very shoddy business - a big scam. All potential buyers BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE BUSINESS! You will be wasting your money!
